This full-time role operates within a remote framework, allowing you the flexibility to manage your workload while adhering to a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. • Provide support to clients via phone and face-to-face interactions to ensure accessibility to necessary services.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities, fostering empowerment and resilience.
• Thoroughly assess clients to gather and document relevant information concerning their backgrounds, issues, and required interventions.
• Offer emotional and informational support to clients and families, guiding them through complex situations.
• Coordinate with other agencies by making referrals to services that will enhance client outcomes.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records and reports, contributing to comprehensive client care.
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and case management meetings to ensure best practices.
• Be vigilant for signs of child abuse and take appropriate actions in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
• Deliver crisis intervention services to clients facing immediate emotional distress or emergencies.

Your primary focus will be on clients who are experiencing significant psychosocial challenges, including but not limited to trauma from neglect, domestic violence, and mental health crises. This role requires a deep understanding of the complexities associated with these issues, as well as the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds, fostering trust and rapport in a supportive manner.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or a closely related field is required.
• State licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience in providing support to clients facing challenges related to neglect, abuse, mental health, or substance use is essential.
• Strong active listening skills with the ability to understand and respond to clients' needs appropriately.
• Competence in using technology for case management and clinical documentation.
• Flexibility and adaptability in managing a varied caseload in a remote working environment.
• A valid driver’s license may be required for attending community events or client meetings.

• Experience in school-based services or collaboration with educational institutions is highly desired.
• Familiarity with crisis intervention strategies and effective de-escalation techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for professional reporting and documentation.
