As a Social Media & PR Intern, you will be mentored by our Group Managing Director to help amplify the voices of NJ job seekers and employers. Key Learning Responsibilities During this internship, you will develop a portfolio of work by assisting with the following:

  • Content Strategy & Creation: Learn to create engaging, brand-aligned content (graphics, reels, and posts) for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) that resonates with New Jersey job seekers and employers.
  • Public Relations Support: Assist in drafting press releases on a range of topics at the local level - from Employment and immigration policy, to economic and industry specific issues.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on U.S. hiring trends and local NJ economic shifts to inform our content calendar.
  • Community Engagement: Practice "community management" by interacting with followers, responding to inquiries, and engaging with NJ-based influencers and professional groups, as well as drafting newsletters for New Jersey job seekers.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Learn how to use data tools to track campaign performance and present insights on how to improve our digital reach.
  • B2B Outreach: Assist in creating PR kits and newsletters for New Jersey employers to help them understand the value of hyper-local hiring.

Qualifications
