Position Summary
Seeking a hands-on Technical Lead with strong Microsoft stack, Azure, Angular, and cloud-native application expertise. The ideal candidate will lead teams, design scalable solutions, and drive engineering best practices.
Experience with Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms is required. The role combines technical leadership, hands-on development, code reviews, architecture guidance, and mentoring.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development
  • Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs.
  • Develop modern, responsive front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
  • Build secure RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide root cause analysis.
  • Exposure to Basic Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Management and services like AKS, Service Bus, App Insights etc
  • Design and implement authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure AD B2C (Microsoft Entra External ID).

AI Solution Design & Delivery
  • Understand business problems and translate them into scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
  • Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI systems with a strong focus on reliability, scalability, monitoring, and measurable outcomes.
  • Lead or contribute to multiple AI initiatives simultaneously while coordinating with engineering leads, product managers, architects, and offshore teams.

Technical Leadership
  • Lead one or more Agile development teams delivering enterprise SaaS applications.
  • Provide technical direction and architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Establish and enforce coding standards, design principles, and development best practices.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Mentor developers and help improve their technical capabilities.
  • Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, and technical design discussions.
  • Drive engineering excellence through automation, quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Candidate will be working closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and Business Analysts.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of software development experience using Microsoft technologies.
  • 3+ years leading engineering teams or serving as a Technical Lead
  • Expert-level proficiency in:

  • Entity Framework Core
  • SQL Server
  • Strong experience with Angular (v12+) and TypeScript.
  • 2+ years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years focused on AI/ML and Generative AI initiatives.
  • Strong hands-on experience building and deploying production AI systems.
  • Experience delivering AI initiatives independently in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, and RAG systems.
  • Extensive experience designing and developing cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
  • Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD, Azure AD B2C (Microsoft Entra External ID), OAuth 2.0, and JWT.
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Experience conducting technical design reviews and code reviews.
