Qualifications

  • Expérience approfondie en location commerciale (7 ans et plus).
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction contractuelle, négociation et révision de baux et autres documents juridiques connexes.
  • Compréhension experte du marché immobilier québécois et des cadres juridiques applicables.
  • Aptitudes exceptionnelles en communication, analyse et résolution de problèmes.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome dans un environnement entièrement à distance tout en gérant efficacement plusieurs priorités.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
  • Baccalauréat en droit (LL.B.) ou Juris Doctor (J.D.) et membre du Barreau du Québec.

The Opportunity

This is a full-time, remote role for a Commercial Leasing Lawyer who wants to operate at a high level. You’ll step directly into complex, high-value leasing mandates, leading the drafting, negotiation and strategic review of commercial leases and related agreements. You’ll work closely with clients who expect sharp judgment and practical solutions, and you’ll be trusted to drive outcomes that align with their business objectives. If you thrive in a fast-moving environment and want to do meaningful, high-impact leasing work without the bureaucracy of a big firm, this role is built for you!


While this posting is for a full-time role, we are equally open to engaging seasoned independent contractors who offer a comparable depth of expertise in commercial leasing.


Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in commercial leasing (7+ years).
  • Strong skills in contract drafting, review and negotiation of lease agreements and related documents.
  • Expert understanding of the Quebec real estate market and relevant legal frameworks.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities effectively.
