Job description

Position Overview

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote position focused on outpatient services. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality therapeutic support to individuals navigating emotional challenges. As a member of our clinical team, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the lives of clients and guide them on their paths to mental wellness.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a leading provider of mental health services, embracing a client-centered approach that prioritizes emotional well-being and personal development. Founded with a mission to offer comprehensive mental health support, our organization is dedicated to fostering a welcoming environment where every client feels valued and understood. We employ a solution-focused methodology, ensuring that each therapy session is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Work Environment

The position is primarily remote, offering flexibility to support a balanced lifestyle while catering to outpatient services. Our outpatient office is designed to foster collaborative teamwork while allowing counselors the autonomy to manage their schedules according to client needs. You will have access to advanced telehealth systems, facilitating seamless virtual sessions with clients, as well as a supportive network of colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to build personalized treatment plans that address the specific needs and challenges faced by clients.
  • Provide individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, engaging with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to enhance the quality of care and provide holistic treatment solutions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes to ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards while monitoring client progress.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training to stay current with best practices and emerging trends in the mental health landscape.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our outpatient services cater to a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families who are experiencing various mental health challenges. You will work with individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological concerns. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in establishing trust and rapport, allowing clients to explore their challenges and work towards meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of New Jersey.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.
Preferred Experience

Although not mandatory, candidates with specialization or training in evidence-based practices such as CBT or DBT will be highly regarded. Previous experience working with a multidisciplinary team and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be beneficial for managing client data efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) retirement plan options, and professional development reimbursement to foster your career growth.

Career Growth Opportunities

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we believe in investing in our employees' professional development. We offer various career advancement avenues, including leadership training programs, specialty certifications, and opportunities to take on supervisory roles within our counseling team as you grow with us. Your contributions will drive both your personal growth and the organizationโ€™s success.

Why Join Our Team

Joining Gotham Enterprises Ltd means becoming part of a forward-thinking organization dedicated to making a significant difference in mental health care. We offer a collaborative environment where your expertise is valued, and your growth is prioritized. Be part of a supportive team that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.
