  • What you’ll do
    • Lead Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive learning roadmap aligned with business objectives.
    • Drive Excellence: Establish frameworks, standards, and governance for all training programs.
    • Innovate Learning: Use technology and AI to enhance delivery, engagement, and measurement.
    • Manage Systems: Oversee LMS design, integration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
    • Collaborate: Partner with stakeholders to prioritize learning needs and deliver impactful programs.
    • Ensure Compliance: Govern certification management, record keeping, and regulatory adherence.
    • Measure Impact: Assess program success through KPIs and analytics to continuously improve outcomes.
    • Vendor Oversight: Manage external learning partners and associated processes.
    What you bring
    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent: in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field required. Master’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
    • 12+ years of L&D experience: required with previous experience owning enterprise level programs.
    • Extensive knowledge of learning principles, instructional design, and learning technologies.
    • Experience leading multi-site and multi-national learning operations.
    • Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening.
