Position Overview

AM Electric Enterprises is seeking a reliable and organized Remote Appointment Scheduler to coordinate customer appointments, manage scheduling requests, and ensure customers receive timely and professional service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple appointments and priorities in a remote work environment.

The Remote Appointment Scheduler will serve as an important point of contact between customers, field personnel, and the company, helping maintain an efficient and well-organized scheduling process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel customer appointments.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate appointment times based on customer needs and technician availability.
  • Maintain accurate customer and appointment records.
  • Communicate scheduling changes and updates to customers and appropriate team members.
  • Follow up with customers regarding upcoming appointments and service requests.
  • Monitor the daily appointment calendar and identify scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate with field technicians and management to ensure efficient scheduling.
