Responsibilities:

  • Process high-volume service requests and schedule service appointments.

  • Dispatch service technicians efficiently while prioritizing customer needs and urgent requests.

  • Develop and maintain technician schedules to ensure appropriate staffing coverage.

  • Optimize technician utilization, availability, productivity, and accountability.

  • Adjust schedules as customer needs and operational priorities change.

  • Partner with field teams and leadership to resolve scheduling challenges and improve service effectiveness.

  • Support initiatives focused on customer retention, growth, and business expansion.

  • Monitor dispatch activities and ensure timely completion of service requests.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2 + years of experience in dispatching or customer service environment.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
