Andromeda is seeking talented self-starters who are driven to complete tasks thoroughly. As a vital member of our 10–12-person service department, you will troubleshoot client issues both remotely and on-site, as assigned by the Dispatcher. Your role involves efficiently restoring clients' functionality while upholding excellent customer service standards. We're looking for a versatile tech enthusiast who thrives in teamwork and seeks continuous learning opportunities. 

About You 

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in an MSP or corporate IT environment. 

  • Skills: Proficient in IT areas such as PCs, laptops, servers, routers, Microsoft Server Operating Systems, Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems (Windows 7 to Windows 11), Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe software (Tech Support), hardware, software, and devices for layers 1, 2, and 3. Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365 is a plus. 

  • Location: Must be near Lockport, IL, to work from our office. 

Your Team 

You'll collaborate closely with: 

  • 2 Field Techs 

  • 4 Remote Techs 

  • 2 Escalation Techs/Team Leads 

  • 1 Dispatcher/Coordinator 

Responsibilities 

Your contributions will include: 

  • Conducting scheduled appointments at client sites. 

  • Working on tickets remotely. 

  • Collaborating with team members on resolving tickets.
