Addison Group is partnering with a mission-driven organization seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to support the planning and execution of a large-scale international conference. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for a highly organized professional who excels at coordinating complex projects, managing multiple stakeholders, and ensuring deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Associate Project Manager will serve as a key operational partner, supporting event planning and project execution across multiple workstreams. This individual will be responsible for maintaining project timelines, coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, and ensuring all event-related activities remain organized and on schedule leading up to a major international convening.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Maintain project plans and task tracking systems using Asana or similar project management tools.
  • Manage communications with speakers, facilitators, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate scheduling, calendar invitations, and meeting logistics.
  • Track presentation materials, session requirements, speaker assets, and event deliverables.
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and proactively identify potential roadblocks.
  • Partner closely with leadership to provide status updates and keep projects moving forward.
  • Support event logistics before, during, and after the conference.
  • Assist with post-event follow-up, documentation, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications:
