Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand the unique needs of each patient.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
• Document patient progress by maintaining accurate and timely clinical records using state-of-the-art electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and primary care providers, to ensure a cohesive treatment plan.
• Educate and support patients and their families on mental health issues and treatment options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
• Stay current with research and advancements in mental health practices to provide the best care possible.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at our clinic, you will work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. Your role will be critical in guiding individuals through their mental health journeys and enhancing their quality of life through tailored interventions.

Qualifications

• A master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LCSW license in Tennessee.
• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy methodologies and other evidence-based practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize and connect with patients.
• Proficient problem-solving abilities to navigate complex patient scenarios.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, candidates with prior experience in community health settings or those familiar with telehealth practices will find themselves well-suited for this role. Experience in implementing wellness programs and working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams is highly appreciated.

Compensation and Benefits
