Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions that adhere to agency guidelines, ensuring treatment plans meet program specifications.
• Fulfill billing expectations in accordance with agency requirements, utilizing electronic systems for accurate documentation and record tracking.
• Participate in an on-call rotation as necessary, including responding to after-hours emergencies in alignment with program policies.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary treatment team to coordinate care, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of treatment strategies.
• Maintain productive relationships with community resources and professionals, including schools and social services, to bolster client support networks.
• Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with best practices in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be part of a team committed to serving a diverse client population, including individuals with varying degrees of mental health challenges and developmental disabilities. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is mandatory.
• Current and active licensure as a Social Worker (LCSW), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community health settings or similar environments is advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and remote counseling platforms is a plus.
• Special training or certifications in trauma-informed practices, CBT, DBT, or similar modalities would be beneficial.
