Key Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
  • Active licensure as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania.
  • Strong understanding of trauma-informed care principles and experience working with diverse populations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.
Preferred Experience

While we welcome candidates at various experience levels, those with prior experience in community mental health settings and familiarity with billing processes are preferred.
