Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our remote sales team and drive expansion through proactive outreach. This role focuses on generating new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and market research, while building strong relationships with customers across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Ideal candidates thrive in a self-managed, remote environment and enjoy working with a supportive national team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business through B2B outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and research.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the nationwide sales team to grow your territory.
  • Utilize CRM systems, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn to manage pipelines and track results.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B and cold-calling experience.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Sales experience in commercial roofing or construction is a plus.
  • Background in call centers or expo sales preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
