The Adult Mental Disability Solution Center is looking for a compassionate Mental Health Therapist with LMFT, LPC, or LCSW credentials to join our remote team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, based on your caseload and experience, allowing you to positively impact the lives of individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients.
  • Meet billing and documentation requirements as per Agency standards, ensuring that all services rendered are accurately recorded in a timely manner.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, responding to after-hours calls when required, and may need to obtain LPS designation for specific duties.
  • Collaborate with treatment teams, including case managers and external community resources, to coordinate integrated care services for clients and their families.
  • Engage with clients in various settings, including virtual platforms and community environments, to facilitate access to necessary mental health services.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal staff and external partners, such as schools and community organizations, to ensure holistic support for clients.
