experienced Social Security Disability Attorney to join our growing, client-focused team.
This is a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to practice law with heartno matter
where you are.
Your Role at Liner Legal
- Represent Claimants Nationwide: Handle SSDI and SSI claims from initial application through
hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
- Prepare Winning Cases: Review medical records, vocational evidence, and work histories to
develop and argue strong cases.
- Collaborate with Experts: Partner with medical providers, vocational experts, and internal staff
to support clients claims.
- Advocate at Hearings: Deliver skilled oral arguments and prepare clients for testimony with
empathy and clarity.
- Educate and Empower: Break down complex legal concepts to help clients feel informed and
confident every step of the way.
- Uphold Excellence: Stay on top of developments in Social Security law to ensure cutting-edge,
high-quality representation.
What Were Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active Bar Membership in any U.S. state (Ohio preferred but not required).
- 5+ years of experience in Social Security disability law, administrative law, or public interest
litigation strongly preferred.
- Strong written and verbal advocacy skills.
- High emotional intelligence.
-Bilingual candidate strongly preferred
- Comfortable with remote tech tools.
