This full-time remote position provides the flexibility and convenience of working from your own space while engaging meaningfully with clients through telehealth platforms. You will be supported by a collaborative team, accessing the necessary tools and resources to ensure effective communication and client engagement.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate therapy sessions via telehealth, utilizing effective interventions for individuals, couples, and families.
• Support clients in defining and achieving their therapeutic goals, celebrating progress and adjustments as needed.
• Uphold strict confidentiality standards while maintaining meticulous and accurate client records in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training in new therapeutic modalities and team collaboration.

Your diverse clientele will include individuals and families facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. You will leverage your cultural competency to connect with clients from different backgrounds and identities, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for all.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health discipline.
• Active LCMHC licensure in Vermont is required.
• Demonstrated expertise in working with a diverse clientele and employing evidence-based treatment techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong therapeutic alliances.
• The ability to work independently while also being an engaged team member who contributes to a positive team culture.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a counseling setting.
• Experience utilizing telehealth platforms for counseling services, demonstrating comfort with technology in a therapeutic context.
