Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to work with the market lead to design, execute, and lead integrated marketing and communications strategies for Mid-Market clients. The successful candidate will build marketing plans to find new clients, expand relationships, drive revenue, and enhance reputation while delivering targeted campaigns, content, and experiences across priority accounts and industry groups.

What you will do:

  • Work with the market lead to design, execute, and lead integrated marketing and communications strategies for Mid-Market clients.
  • Build marketing plans to identify new clients, expand relationships, drive revenue, and enhance reputation.
  • Curate content, experiences, and account-originated campaigns.
  • Research key buyers using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and develop new market segments.
  • Use SynOps and other leading marketing technologies to identify and prioritise marketing activities.
  • Measure marketing performance against agreed metrics and use data and analytics for continuous improvement.
  • Drive impact across priority target accounts within the five industry groups.
  • Develop targeted demand generation and lead generation campaigns to support sales.
  • Coordinate full-funnel marketing activities across events, social media, email, and direct mail.
  • Create message houses, value propositions, campaign narratives, client stories, and other marketing content.
  • Manage event marketing and activation activities, including conferences, dinners, roundtables, and webinars.
  • Build executive-ready presentations and structure complex information into compelling narrative flows.
  • Manage multiple marketing projects within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders, external partners, and cross-functional teams across a large, matrixed organisation.
  • Leverage marketing technology, CRM, analytics, and collaboration tools to support campaign execution and reporting.
Qualifications
  • Bring a minimum of 5 years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally within professional services or another B2B industry.
  • Possess experience working with technology partners such as Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, AWS, or Salesforce and translating partner offerings into client-focused messaging.
  • Bring experience driving demand generation, lead generation, and sales through targeted marketing campaigns, particularly for Mid-Market buyers.
  • Possess full-funnel marketing experience across channels including events, social media, email, and direct mail.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels.
  • Bring message and content development experience, including creating message houses, value propositions, campaign narratives, and client stories.
  • Possess event management and activation experience across conferences, dinners, roundtables, webinars, and similar activities.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organisation and with external partners.
