Job description

Resonance Campaigns: Account Executive

Resonance Campaigns, a growing political direct mail firm, is seeking political professionals to join our team to develop and execute direct mail and media campaigns for our political campaign clients. Account Executives manage the execution of direct mail pieces from concept to delivery, making sure content is created on time and with no mistakes.

This seasonal role will run through November 2026 in a fun, fast-paced environment with a friendly and hard-working team. This position is hybrid-remote based out of our DC office with the potential to be fully remote.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Working collaboratively with principals at the firm, graphic designers, clients, and vendors to develop and execute direct mail plans from design to print
  • Using VAN and other voter databases to create targets
  • Interfacing with our clients and supporting principals

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A commitment to electing Democrats to public office
  • 1-3 cycles of campaign experience preferred
  • High level of organization, meticulous attention to detail, and an ability to multitask
  • Experience or exposure to NGP-VAN, Catalist, and/or other online voter file interfaces
  • Sense of humor
