We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Within Therapy & Wellness. This full-time remote position is centered around delivering comprehensive outpatient behavioral health services to patients in the community. Our focus emphasizes a recovery-centered approach with an aim to enhance emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and social well-being amongst those we serve.

Work Environment

As a remote-based role, this position facilitates flexible working hours while maintaining a structured work week, from Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and provide immediate crisis intervention and counseling to clients addressing their emotional and behavioral challenges.
  • Maintain regular and open communication with medical staff to discuss patient progress, emerging needs, and potential challenges in treatment plans.
  • Document patient interactions meticulously by keeping detailed clinical and progress notes aligned with company policies and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to design, implement, and review personalized treatment plans based on psychosocial assessments and approved therapeutic interventions.
