As a Remote Insurance Benefits Representative, you'll combine client service, benefits education, relationship building, and insurance sales through virtual appointments.Client Consultations & Benefits Education
  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
  • Identify individual and family coverage needs
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Answer questions about policy features, benefits, and coverage
  • Help clients evaluate available options and make informed decisions
  • Assist with applications, enrollment, and required documentation
  • Review existing coverage and discuss appropriate updates when needed
Client Service & Relationship Management
  • Build long-term relationships through professional, personalized service
  • Provide ongoing assistance after enrollment
  • Respond to client questions and service requests
  • Maintain consistent follow-up communication
  • Keep accurate digital client records and documentation
