Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities to meet the individual needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on first responders experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. You will utilize your expertise to help these individuals navigate their unique experiences and foster resilience, enabling them to thrive in their demanding roles.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Current licensure as a California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
• A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient or virtual care setting.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with digital tools for therapy and record-keeping.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with first responders or similar populations is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of mental health impacts specific to high-stress professions.
• Demonstrated ability to implement telehealth solutions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
