Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Current licensure as a California LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing mental health services in an outpatient or virtual care setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with digital tools for therapy and record-keeping.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with first responders or similar populations is highly desirable.
