Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your daily tasks will include:

  • Facilitating group therapy sessions, utilizing interactive techniques to encourage engagement, connection, and shared learning among clients.
  • Providing individualized therapy, where you will conduct in-depth exploration of clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, helping them uncover effective coping strategies and develop actionable plans for improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, specifically within our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces significant mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, and social adjustment issues. You will play a crucial role in their journeys towards recovery and personal empowerment through expert counseling and comprehensive support.

Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credential in the state of Nevada.
  • Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic relationships with clients.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experience is highly advantageous for this role:

  • Experience working in a telehealth setting and familiarization with online therapy platforms.
  • Prior experience counseling young adults or in an outpatient treatment center.

Compensation and Benefits

This role comes with a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to the base salary, we provide comprehensive benefits including:
