These roles combine remote work flexibility with the opportunity for geographic movement, often to align with company offices or client needs. DevOps specialists in these positions focus on automating software development, deployment, and IT operations while adapting to new environments. Employers may offer relocation assistance or support to ease the transition. This type of job appeals to those seeking both remote work and the experience of living in a new location.

During a relocation, effective communication and time management become even more critical, as you may need to navigate different time zones and adapt to new team dynamics. Companies typically provide robust onboarding and support structures to ease this transition, ensuring you have the resources and touchpoints needed for seamless collaboration.
