In your role as an LPCC, you will be entrusted with several key responsibilities that are crucial for our patients' journeys:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and circumstances.
• Collaborate within clinical teams to create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, including behavioral guidelines and positive behavior plans.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with regulatory standards, ensuring compliance and quality in all patient interactions.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate patient progress and recommend necessary interventions effectively.
• Actively engage in licensing and accreditation processes, playing a proactive role in upholding the clinic's high standards.
• Serve as a point of contact for relevant state agencies and community partners to enhance service accessibility and program effectiveness.
• Encourage open communication to ensure alignment with contract standards while promoting the mission of CenCal Mental Health Clinic within the community.
• Build and sustain relationships with various agencies and organizations to promote our programs and secure potential new partnerships.
• Pursue ongoing professional development through conferences, workshops, and industry meetings to remain at the forefront of best practices in mental health.
• Embody and promote the core mission, values, and principles of our agency in all interactions.
• Execute other related responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director to support organizational goals.

The Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor will serve a diverse client population, including individuals recovering from mental health challenges, those overcoming substance abuse, and individuals seeking support for developmental disabilities and brain injuries. To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is essential.
• An active and independent LPCC license, demonstrating your qualifications to practice and provide therapy independently.

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in crisis intervention, behavioral health programming, and working within multidisciplinary teams will be favorably considered. Experience in using evidence-based practices in treatment planning and client assessment will also be advantageous.
