Qualifications
  • Master’s Degree in a mental health field, such as psychology, counseling, or social work.
  • Valid Independent LMHC License, with the opportunity for out-of-state counselors to have their licensing fees covered to obtain Washington state licensure.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition, candidates may benefit from a hire-on bonus and monthly productivity bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
