We seek a skilled and experienced Customer Communications Management (CCM) Developer to join our team. As a CCM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using CCM applications such as SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer communication processes and ensure the delivery of personalized and engaging communications.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Development: Design, develop, and maintain CCM solutions using SmartCOMM, xPression, and Thunderhead applications to meet business requirements.
  2. Data Transformation: Perform data transformation tasks, including but not limited to, data mapping, XML parsing, and mid-level SQL operations to extract, manipulate, and format data for use in customer communications.
  3. Template Design: Create and modify templates and layouts for customer communications, ensuring consistency and compliance with branding guidelines.
  4. Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to integrate CCM applications with other systems and databases for seamless data exchange.
  5. Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and debugging of CCM solutions to ensure the accuracy and reliability of customer communications.
  6. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of CCM configurations, templates, and processes.
