BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Sr. Level) - Waco, TX - $100K-$160K + Bonus - Data Center & Building AutomationAbout the Opportunity:

A well-established Data Center and Building Automation contractor is seeking an experienced BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Senior Level) in Waco, TX. This position focuses on programming, integrating, and commissioning BAS systems across mission-critical and commercial environments. Position Details:
  • Title: BAS Application Engineer (Mid & Sr. Level)
  • Location: Waco, TX
  • Compensation: $100K-$160K (DOE) + ~20% Bonus

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to project managers and field engineering staff.
  • Commission programs, conduct functional testing, and confirm system performance.
  • Utilize and enforce standardized engineering and programming methodologies.

  • Troubleshoot BAS networks, servers, controllers, and IoT-based devices.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience as a BAS Application Engineer, Controls Technician, or similar technical role.
