Job Description:

We Are Seeking an experienced Software Engineer to design, develop, enhance, and support high-performance enterprise software applications in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role is responsible for the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation, maintenance, and production support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience building scalable, mission-critical applications, collaborating across cross-functional teams, and leveraging modern development practices, including AI-assisted software development, to improve application quality and delivery efficiency.

Responsibilities:

·         Analyze, design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise software applications.

·         Design and develop high-volume, high-availability applications that support mission-critical business operations.

·         Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, QA teams, and technical staff to gather requirements and develop effective software solutions.

·         Translate business requirements and user stories into scalable, maintainable application designs.

·         Develop clean, efficient, reusable, and well-tested code that meets quality and performance standards.

·         Participate in all phases of the Agile software development lifecycle, including sprint planning, development, testing, code reviews, and deployments.

·         Deliver software releases on schedule while ensuring quality, reliability, and maintainability.

·         Evaluate, implement, and promote AI and machine learning technologies to improve software development processes and accelerate product delivery.

·         Research emerging technologies and recommend technical improvements that support continuous innovation.

·         Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

·         Develop and consume web services and APIs to support enterprise application integration.

Required Skills:

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience developing enterprise applications using J2EE technologies, including front-end, middle-tier, and back-end components.

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience with web and application server technologies.

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing software design patterns.

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience integrating third-party middleware into enterprise applications.

·         Minimum of 3 years of experience developing, consuming, and implementing web services.

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience developing applications using the Spring Framework.

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience developing web applications using Struts.

·         Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing JAX-WS web services using top-down and bottom-up approaches.

·         Minimum of 2 years of Oracle SQL development experience.

·         Strong understanding of the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

·         Experience working within Agile software development environments.

·         Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

·         Experience administering and deploying applications on JBoss or similar enterprise application servers.

·         Experience with deployment management and enterprise application infrastructure.

·         Experience with Linux operating systems and Shell scripting.

·         Experience with scripting languages such as Shell, Groovy, or similar technologies.
