• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients’ mental health to accurately assess challenges and formulate effective treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy using tailored therapeutic approaches that resonate with clients, encouraging their growth and well-being.
• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
• Utilize teletherapy solutions for delivering virtual sessions, accommodating clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer the convenience of remote counseling.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation that upholds ethical standards and complies with legal requirements in mental health practice.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques.

As an LMFT at Inspired by Grace Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds. Our client base typically includes clients facing issues related to relationship dynamics, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other significant life stressors. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping them navigate these challenges and develop healthier coping mechanisms.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.
• A valid LMFT license in the state of Pennsylvania is essential for this position.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations is necessary, ensuring sensitivity and awareness in therapeutic practices.

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy, is a plus.
• Experience with telehealth practices and technology is preferred, enhancing the quality and accessibility of care offered to clients.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base pay, we provide a range of benefits designed to support your health and happiness, including:
