• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing telehealth platforms to accurately identify patient needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Apply various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailoring approaches to work effectively in a remote setting.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation across secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
• Engage in collaborative care by attending virtual consultations with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, fostering a team-based approach to treatment.
• Deliver educational content to patients and their families about mental health issues. This includes explaining treatment options and connecting them with community resources through digital channels.
• Participate in ongoing professional development by attending webinars and virtual conferences, integrating new knowledge into your practice to enhance patient outcomes.
• Manage a robust caseload of clients, focusing on meeting treatment goals while adhering to ethical guidelines set forth by the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
