• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments via telehealth, and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect best practices in mental health care.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting techniques to fit the remote setting and your clients’ varying needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation through secure electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate virtually with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the quality of care through regular meetings and consultations.
• Engage in continuous professional development through virtual training sessions, webinars, and peer review meetings to elevate the standard of care provided.
• Educate patients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and available community resources using digital communication tools.
• Actively manage a full caseload of patients, with a focus on meeting treatment goals through consistent communication and follow-up.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges. This role places a strong emphasis on building rapport and trust through effective virtual communication, thereby ensuring that every client receives tailored support that addresses their individual circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.
• At least two years of clinical experience in delivering psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-focused therapy techniques suitable for remote delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to establish meaningful connections with clients through virtual platforms.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address challenges that may arise in a remote clinical work environment.
• Ability to work autonomously while also being a collaborative team player in a virtual framework.

Experience in working with school-aged children and adolescents, as well as families, is highly preferred. Familiarity with telehealth tools and remote therapeutic practices will be considered an asset, preparing you to thrive in this evolving service delivery model.

• The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
