We are seeking a Creative Designer / Instructional Designer for one of the top hospitals in Philadelphia!

The Creative Designer / Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing visually engaging learning materials that support employee training initiatives. This role is heavily focused on graphic design, layout development, and learning experience creation, with training content provided by subject matter experts.

The ideal candidate will be able to transform complex healthcare and healthcare finance concepts into learner-friendly materials while applying adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.

Please Note:
Candidates must have professional graphic design experience supporting a healthcare organization (hospital, health system, healthcare payer, or healthcare services organization). Candidates without healthcare industry design experience will not be considered. Portfolio submission is required.
