The position is offered in a remote setting, allowing for a work-life balance that meets the needs of both our clinicians and clients. While the bulk of your work will occur from a remote location, you will engage in ongoing collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments that identify clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, establishing clear goals and tailored interventions for each client.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups that foster a sense of community and shared experience among participants.
• Engage in crisis intervention and risk assessment activities, employing safety planning techniques to ensure client wellbeing.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to ensure an integrated approach to client care and coordinated interventions.

The clientele at Mind Sight Psychological Therapy Center encompasses individuals from diverse backgrounds facing complex mental health issues. As an LCSW, you will work with adults and adolescents, addressing their unique therapeutic needs and guiding them toward healthier emotional and psychological functioning. • A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, particularly within outpatient environments.
• Strong knowledge of various evidence-based therapeutic approaches and interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and assessment skills to effectively engage with clients and collaborate with team members.

• Experience in implementing trauma-informed care and familiarity with specific frameworks for treating trauma-related disorders.
• Proficiency in telehealth practices, enhancing client access to services through remote engagement.
• Experience working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary treatment team.
