Must be local to Chicago. Position will sit downtown Chicago.

Banking or financial services experience is a must have.

Waterfall/Agile Experience.

Scrum Master experience a nice to have.

Experience managing multiple projects at once (2-3)

Project Planning & Execution

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans using a waterfall methodology (initiation, requirements, design, build, test, deployment)

Define scope, timeline, deliverables, and resource requirements

Establish milestones, critical paths, and dependencies

Drive adherence to formal stage-gate governance processes

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with business stakeholders

Act as the primary point of contact between business and technology teams

Provide regular status reporting, risk updates, and executive-level communications

Facilitate steering committee meetings and decision forums

Requirements & Documentation

Ensure clear, detailed business requirements and functional specifications

Partner with Business Analysts to validate traceability from requirements to delivery

Maintain project documentation including charters, plans, RAID logs, and status reports

Risk, Issue, and Change Management

Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues (RAID logs)

Drive change control processes with proper documentation and approvals

Ensure alignment with regulatory, audit, and compliance standards (e.g., consumer protection, lending regulations)

Pay and Benefits
