Ecore is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Acoustical Solutions Manager to lead the growth and expansion of our acoustics business across North America. This high-impact role serves as both the commercial leader and technical subject matter expert for Ecore's acoustical solutions portfolio.

The ideal candidate combines strong business development and specification sales experience with a deep understanding of acoustics, architectural products, building materials, or commercial flooring. You will play a key role in driving market expansion, influencing product specifications, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting revenue growth nationwide.

What You'll DoStrategic Business Development
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Ecore's acoustical solutions portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to accelerate growth.
  • Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships across key industry segments.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of specification and project opportunities.
Specification Influence & Market Expansion
  • Develop relationships with architects, acoustical consultants, engineers, contractors, end users, and channel partners.
  • Drive product specifications during design, planning, and project development phases.
  • Represent Ecore at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
  • Increase brand awareness and market presence throughout North America.
Technical Sales Leadership
  • Serve as the technical expert for Ecore's acoustical products and systems.
  • Deliver technical presentations, continuing education programs (CEUs), product demonstrations, and customer training.
  • Partner with regional sales teams to identify, develop, and win new business opportunities.
  • Provide application guidance and technical consultation throughout the sales process.
Market Intelligence & Product Strategy
  • Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and emerging market opportunities.
  • Analyze competitive activity and provide actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Innovation teams to influence product development and portfolio strategy.
Cross-Functional Leadership

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout North America (up to 70%).
