• You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties:
1. Reviewing drawings, specifications and applicable Navy manuals concerning high-pressure and low-pressure fluid systems, piping, and all related equipment.
2. Applying skills and technical knowledge while overseeing daily operational workflows, ensuring system deliverables and technical tasks are executed safely, optimally, and in alignment with project milestones and deadlines.
3. Conducting producibility analyses and propose necessary changes to engineers' technical data requirements.
4. Preparing technical documentation, data, and serves on engineering integrated product teams engaged in the design, prototyping and manufacture of new or replacement parts.
5. Providing labor hours and material requirement estimates for ALRE, repair, maintenance, overhaul and installation.
6. Providing formal and informal training as well as on-the-job instruction as appropriate to fellow employees to ensure skills and certifications are maintained.

• Working as a skilled mechanic or maintenance worker, sales or service engineer, or planner or estimator in a technical group dealing with manufacture, utilization, repair, or operation of equipment.
• Reviewing and applying technical specifications and requirements.
• Analyzing equipment and forecasting spare parts requirements.
• Reading and interpreting engineering change orders, equipment requisitions, shop orders, and work orders.
• Analyzing contract specifications and examining pertinent equipment to determine if specifications are met.
• Analyzing or supervising maintenance, repair, or production operations to determine methods of improvement.
