Job description

Location: Remote (Based in the U.S. — Brooklyn, NY HQ)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Base Salary + High-Earning Commission Structure

About Us:
Bensonhurst Dental is a nationally recognized cosmetic and implant dental practice based in Brooklyn, New York. Led by celebrity-trusted Dr. Rubinshtein, we specialize in advanced smile transformations, same-day smile makeovers, and premium patient care. Our team is known for combining clinical excellence with luxury-level service — and we’re growing fast.
We’re currently seeking a Remote Dental Treatment Closer to help qualified leads move forward with life-changing dental procedures. If you have experience in high-trust sales and are motivated by helping others improve their health and confidence, this could be your next big opportunity.
About the Role:
As a Remote Dental Treatment Closer, you’ll work with warm leads — individuals who have already inquired about treatment — and guide them through the consultation and decision-making process. Your role is to understand their goals, explain treatment options clearly, and confidently close the sale.
This is a consultative role that requires emotional intelligence, product knowledge, and the ability to build trust quickly — all from a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct virtual consultations with prospective patients for treatments including same-day smiles, dental implants, and cosmetic procedures.
  • Present personalized treatment plans and clearly communicate associated costs, timelines, and expected outcomes.
  • Handle patient concerns and objections with empathy and professionalism.
  • Follow up with undecided leads and help guide them toward scheduling treatment.
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless transition to care.
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM and meet/exceed monthly performance goals.
  • Stay current with Bensonhurst Dental’s treatment offerings and technology.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of experience in dental sales, treatment coordination, or healthcare consultations.
  • In-depth knowledge of cosmetic, implant, or restorative dentistry strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to close high-ticket treatment plans in a remote or virtual setting.
  • Comfortable using CRM software, video platforms (Zoom, etc.), and digital tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with a consultative, compassionate approach.
  • Self-starter with strong follow-through and results orientation.
What We Offer:
  • Base salary + uncapped commission (high earning potential for top performers).
  • Fully remote position with flexible scheduling.
  • Supportive team environment with regular training and mentorship.
  • Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives through smile transformation.
  • Career growth within a nationally recognized dental brand.
To Apply:
Submit your resume and a brief cover letter or intro message explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role. We’re looking for someone who can inspire confidence, close effectively, and represent our brand with integrity.
