You will leverage modern telehealth technologies to conduct sessions and collaborate with colleagues, ensuring that treatment is accessible and adaptable to each client's circumstances.

• Develop and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, providing a safe and trusting space for open communication.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and create evidence-based, individualized treatment plans that align with client goals.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals and couples, utilizing innovative modalities that resonate with the client’s personal experiences.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly to reflect their evolving needs and circumstances.
• Document therapy sessions and treatments accurately to ensure that progress is tracked and outcomes can be evaluated.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources, referring clients to specialists as necessary to enhance care.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices in mental health and family therapy.

Your primary focus will be working with a diverse clientele, encompassing individuals and families grappling with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and addiction. As an LMFT, you will utilize a systemic approach, considering relational dynamics while addressing the unique needs of each client, thereby fostering holistic healing and resilience.

• You must hold a valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Strong interpersonal skills that facilitate building rapport and fostering relationships with clients in a remote setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms to conduct therapy sessions.
• Strong focus on evidence-based practices to enhance client outcomes.

• Experience or specialized training in addiction counseling or working with co-occurring disorders is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with community resources and support systems to assist clients in their recovery journey.
• Demonstrated ability to use advanced therapeutic techniques and modalities in family systems therapy.
