The Blended Healing Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to deliver high-quality mental health and substance abuse treatment through telehealth services. • Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and substance abuse challenges, employing evidence-based practices to gather pertinent information.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that align with each client's goals and needs, ensuring a collaborative approach that incorporates their feedback.
• Deliver high-quality individual, group, and family therapy sessions using advanced telehealth methodologies to create engaging therapeutic experiences.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, adhering to organizational policies as well as state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate actively with the interdisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive care and improve client outcomes.
• Participate in regular case reviews and treatment planning meetings to evaluate progress and adjust strategies as necessary, ensuring optimal care delivery.
• Provide timely crisis intervention services when required, employing de-escalation techniques, and ensuring client safety.
• Stay informed about current trends and best practices in mental health and substance abuse treatment through continuous professional development and active engagement with relevant literature.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Blended Healing, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and various substance use disorders. Your empathetic approach will support clients from different backgrounds, acknowledging their unique experiences and challenges and integrating culturally competent care into your practice.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A valid license as a mental health counselor in the state of Florida.
• Minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health and substance abuse treatment services, demonstrating a commitment to client recovery and empowerment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a remote treatment team, understanding the nuances of virtual communication.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred, as this is crucial for efficient documentation and communication.

• Background in crisis intervention and emergency response strategies.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and best practices for remote delivery of mental health services.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
