• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for elderly clients via telehealth platforms, identifying individual care needs and treatment goals.
• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions to address emotional challenges associated with aging, such as grief, anxiety, and depression.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians and social workers, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to geriatric residents.
