Our outpatient office model supports a diverse client population, enabling our therapists to provide essential mental health services from various locations. Strong communication and technology skills are essential as you engage with team members and clients in real-time.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and emotional status, employing standardized tools to inform treatment plans.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing individual client needs and promoting effective coping strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions.
• Monitor client progress over time, utilizing data-driven approaches to adjust and optimize treatment strategies in response to client feedback and evolving needs.
• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health episodes, ensuring they receive the timely support required.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines relevant to the mental health field.
• Engage in collaborative care by working closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to develop comprehensive client care strategies.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advances in mental health treatment through continuous learning, and participate in training and supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills.
• Uphold the ethical standards as mandated by licensing boards and mental health organizations, advocating for the highest quality of care.

Our diverse clientele includes children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and family issues. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from different backgrounds and cultures, allowing you to tailor therapeutic approaches to meet individual needs and preferences effectively.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, specifically as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in the mental health field, providing individual and group therapy to diverse client populations. Experience with telehealth platforms and a familiarity with best practices in remote counseling will be considered a significant advantage.
