Key Responsibilities
  • Provide immediate psychological support and intervention during mental health crises, employing effective crisis management strategies.
  • Design and execute personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client, with regular evaluations and updates based on their progress.
  • Utilize various diagnostic tools and therapeutic techniques to accurately assess and identify mental health conditions.
  • Manage a caseload of 8-10 clients weekly, ensuring thorough follow-up care and consistent communication regarding treatment plans.
  • Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and support services to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
  • Maintain meticulous client records, including comprehensive treatment plans, progress notes, and necessary documentation, adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.
