Job description

This is a hybrid role that combines remote work with regular client engagement. The successful candidate must be fluent in both French and English and be comfortable traveling to client locations as business needs require.

As a AI Adoption & Transformation Consultant, you will guide enterprise clients through the people side of AI transformation. Working at the intersection of business strategy, organizational change management, employee experience, and Microsoft Copilot adoption, you will help clients identify high-value use cases, accelerate workforce readiness, drive behavioral change, and realize measurable business outcomes from AI investments.

You will work directly with executives, business leaders, and technology stakeholders to shape transformation strategies, facilitate AI adoption programs, and build scalable approaches that help organizations embrace new ways of working.

What You'll Do

Drive AI Transformation Strategy

  • Partner with executive and business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and evaluate AI and Copilot opportunities.

  • Develop adoption roadmaps aligned to business objectives and workforce transformation goals.

  • Help clients establish AI governance, readiness, and value realization strategies.

  • Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical business outcomes.

Lead Adoption & Change Programs

  • Assess organizational readiness, stakeholder needs, change impacts, and adoption barriers.

  • Design and execute enterprise-wide adoption strategies for Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled solutions.

  • Develop communications, engagement, training, and reinforcement plans to drive sustained behavioral change.

  • Facilitate executive workshops, stakeholder alignment sessions, and transformation planning activities.

Enable Business Value Realization

  • Define adoption metrics, success criteria, and value measurement frameworks.

  • Monitor adoption progress and recommend improvements based on user feedback and usage insights.

  • Help clients connect AI adoption efforts to productivity, employee experience, and business performance outcomes.

  • Create executive-ready narratives that communicate progress, impact, and opportunities for continued growth.

Build Scalable Adoption Programs

  • Design champion networks, enablement programs, and change acceleration initiatives.

  • Develop repeatable playbooks, toolkits, training assets, and governance approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or business change enablement.

  • Bilingual(French/English)

  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or equivalent.

  • Proven Microsoft Copilot knowledge credentials or equivalent.

  • Experience leading use case identification and business case development for emerging technologies.

  • Demonstrated experience guiding Microsoft 365 or Copilot programs with large enterprise customers.

  • Strong understanding of AI and productivity transformation, organizational readiness, and skilling strategies.

  • Experience with adoption and change management frameworks (Prosci, or equivalent).

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally with business, IT, and executive stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience with internal communications, skilling, or change enablement programs in large organizations.

  • Experience working with adoption and success teams to accelerate impact and remove blockers.

Preferred experience

  • Experience enabling champions communities at 1k+ scale.

  • Prior short-format consulting (Big-4/boutique).

  • Deep enablement for finance/legal/customer service personas.
