• Conduct engaging and effective remote therapy sessions with clients, using our user-friendly online platform.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients seeking assistance with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, reflecting the rich tapestry of Houston, Texas, and beyond. Your role will involve understanding their unique experiences and providing culturally competent care tailored to their specific needs.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a mental health therapist is mandatory, with eligibility including:
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, ideally through virtual platforms.
• Comfort with technology, including experience with telehealth software and EHR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster an open, therapeutic environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
