Job description

Dataiku is seeking a Global Senior Revenue Accountant to join our growing Finance team. You will be primarily responsible for ensuring revenue-generating transactions are properly recorded in our ERP, maintaining key control processes, and owning critical deliverables as part of our monthly close.

What you'll do
  • Review standard and non-standard deals to determine appropriate revenue recognition under ASC 606 / IFRS 15 and ensure correct setup in NetSuite (Zone Advanced Billing).
  • Own the deferred and unbilled revenue schedules, including monthly account reconciliations, analytics, and license fulfillment validation.
  • Run control processes to detect, investigate, and resolve unusual activity in GL accounts and our automated billing system.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to drive greater automation and stronger controls, including projects within Dataiku DSS.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical Accounting, AR, Tax, Deal Desk, Legal, and Professional Services on both recurring and ad-hoc projects.
  • Contribute to accounting memos and support external audit requests for all revenue-related matters.
Your profile
  • 5+ years of accounting experience with a strong focus on revenue recognition (ASC 606 or IFRS 15).
  • Background combining public accounting (Big 4 or Big 10, 2-3 years minimum) and industry experience - you've worked directly in the systems, not just reviewed other people's work.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or equivalent preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Collaborative mindset - able to work effectively across teams, cultures, and personalities.
  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce CRM; Zone Advanced Billing is a strong plus.
  • Prior experience in a software or SaaS company.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Ruby, or Python.
What's in it for you
  • Work at a company where your accounting directly shapes financial results that matter - global revenue, global impact.
  • Use Dataiku DSS from the inside - help improve reporting with the very product we sell, at the forefront of AI in finance.
  • No two months are the same - new products, new accounting guidance, new projects keep the role evolving well beyond routine close work.
  • A truly global company - NYC HQ, Paris, London - with a remote-friendly culture built on trust and autonomy.
