Job Overview:

Pay Range $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years leading enterprise data and MDM initiatives.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred.
  • Experience with one of the MDM tools listed here: Verato, Reltio, NextGate.
  • Experience implementing MDM solutions & leading delivery of EMPI, Provider Data Management, and Identity Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of all Master Data Product initiatives.
  • Translate product roadmaps into executable delivery plans.
  • Establish delivery governance, milestones, release planning, and execution tracking.
  • Drive delivery predictability, transparency, and accountability across all Master Data initiatives.
  • Partner with Product Managers to ensure delivery priorities align to business outcomes.
  • Support enhancements on NextGate.
  • Lead planning and execution activities associated with the future Verato migration.
  • Deliver enhancements supporting enterprise identity, householding, relationships, consent, and future roadmap capabilities.
  • Expand platform capabilities to support enterprise-wide use cases.
  • Drive enhancements to Provider Master on Reltio.
  • Support onboarding of Independent Providers and additional provider domains.
  • Improve provider data quality, stewardship, and operational workflows.
  • Lead design and delivery of Location Master & Insurance Plan Master capabilities.
  • Establish foundational location hierarchy, reference data, and integration patterns.
  • Coordinate integration and stewardship processes supporting payer and plan information.
  • Collaborate closely with Master Data Product Management.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Architecture & Data Modeling.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Platform Architecture.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Governance & Stewardship.
  • Collaborate closely with Integrations Architecture & Delivery.
