Job Description

Join Olsson and work directly with the world's leading technology companies delivering mission‑critical data center facilities. Our Data Center Commissioning group partners with clients to ensure their facilities are designed, built, tested, and delivered to perform as intended. We offer a collaborative, high‑performance environment grounded in technical excellence, trust, and long‑term client partnerships.

As a Client Manager, you will serve as the primary relationship owner for one or more key data center clients or programs. You will work closely with Commissioning leadership, Project Managers, and technical teams to ensure exceptional service delivery across complex, fast‑paced projects while supporting long‑term growth and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client point of contact for data center commissioning programs or portfolios.
  • Partner with Project Managers and Commissioning leaders to support project execution, staffing strategies, and delivery planning.
  • Understand client standards, operational priorities, and long‑term programs to proactively support their needs.
  • Develop client‑specific communication plans and provide regular updates on project status and performance.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts by introducing additional commissioning or lifecycle services.
  • Lead efforts with group leadership to secure repeat work through exceptional client service.
  • Manage client expectations, support issue resolution, and address concerns in coordination with internal leaders.
  • Incorporate client feedback to improve service delivery and internal processes.
  • Represent Olsson as a trusted advisor through clear communication and technical understanding.
Qualifications

The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.

$140,000—$220,000 USD
