Job Description:

The Database Administrator is responsible for the health, security, and performance of the organization's database environment. This role moves beyond routine maintenance to include proactive performance tuning, the development of automation scripts, and the implementation of high-availability solutions. The DBA works independently to resolve complex issues and ensures that database systems are resilient and optimized for business needs.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in database administration.

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Database Administrator Associate.

The Compensation range for this role is $95,000 -$115,000 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
