Job Title: Data Entry Specialist Location-Type: Remote (CST / EST timezone preferred, PST not considered) Hours: Part-Time, 20 hours per week (flexible schedule) Start Date: Mid-July 2025 (target 7/13) Duration: Contract, approximately 1 to 1.5 months (through end of August) Compensation Range: $20-$22/hr  Visa Sponsorship: Not eligible for visa sponsorship Job Description:
  • This role supports the client's system transition by performing accurate, high-volume manual data entry across two instances of a Trade Promotion Management platform, ensuring deal records are consistently replicated without error.
Job Summary
  • Transfer trade deal records from one system instance to another by referencing source reports and manually recreating entries in the destination system
  • Follow structured data entry workflows using dual-monitor setup, with the source report displayed on one screen and the entry system on the other
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy to meet one-for-one data validation checks run by the client team
  • Complete approximately 20 hours of flexible work per week for the duration of the engagement
  • Communicate professionally with the team via Microsoft Teams and adhere to all provided process guidelines
Minimum Requirements:
