En Devoteam buscamos incorporar un/a Coordinador/a de Arquitectos Data DevSecOps para coordinar un equipo de arquitectos corporativos y garantizar una prestacion homogenea del servicio a diferentes entidades y paises.

Trabajaras impulsando la adopcion de arquitecturas de referencia y buenas practicas de Data & AI, asegurando su alineamiento con los estandares corporativos de arquitectura, seguridad, gobierno y operacion.

Modelo de trabajo 100% remoto desde Espana, con preferencia por personas residentes en Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Bilbao o Zaragoza.

QUE HARAS EN DEVOTEAM?

Seras responsable de coordinar la actividad de un equipo de 14 Data Architects DevSecOps, actuando como enlace entre el Technical Lead de Engagement, los arquitectos, las diferentes entidades y los equipos tecnologicos involucrados.

Entre tus responsabilidades estaran:

  • Coordinar la actividad del equipo, distribuyendo cargas de trabajo y recursos segun prioridades, capacidad y necesidades del negocio.
  • Realizar seguimiento de objetivos, entregables y compromisos, identificando riesgos, dependencias y posibles bloqueos.
  • Coordinar la relacion con las diferentes entidades y paises, asegurando una atencion homogenea y el seguimiento de sus necesidades y nuevas demandas.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las arquitecturas de referencia y estandares corporativos, coordinando revisiones y realizando seguimiento de desviaciones y riesgos arquitectonicos.
  • Colaborar en la gestion de demanda, planificacion de capacidad y priorizacion de iniciativas con impacto arquitectonico.
  • Impulsar la adopcion de buenas practicas de Data Architecture, DataOps y DevSecOps, asi como la difusion de estandares y la mejora continua del servicio.
  • Coordinar la participacion del equipo en iniciativas con proveedores y partners, asegurando el alineamiento de sus propuestas con los estandares corporativos
Requisitos

QUE ESPERAMOS DE TI?

  • Mas de 8 anos de experiencia en entornos de Datos, Analitica o Plataformas Tecnologicas y al menos 5 anos coordinando equipos tecnicos o multidisciplinares.
  • Experiencia en gestion de demanda, planificacion y coordinacion de multiples stakeholders en entornos complejos, distribuidos o multinacionales.
  • Conocimiento solido de Arquitectura de Datos, Data Platforms, Data Engineering y ecosistemas analiticos corporativos.
  • Conocimientos de DataOps y DevSecOps, Gobierno del Dato, seguridad, observabilidad y monitorizacion de plataformas.
  • Conocimientos de entornos Cloud, especialmente AWS, y de gestion de demanda y portfolio tecnologico.
  • Capacidad para liderar y coordinar equipos, gestionar prioridades, resolver conflictos y mantener una interlocucion efectiva con perfiles tecnicos y de negocio.
  • Experiencia trabajando con metodologias Agile y herramientas de gestion como Jira y Confluence.
  • Nivel de ingles C1, para participar en reuniones y coordinarse con equipos internacionales.

Sera un plus si ademas cuentas con:

  • Experiencia en el sector asegurador o financiero.
  • Experiencia coordinando equipos de arquitectura o comunidades tecnicas.
  • Experiencia practica con marcos de DataOps y DevSecOps.
  • Experiencia en entornos AWS o Azure.
